| Daniel Ellis was born in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, in 1975. His family moved to New Jersey 3 years later. After graduating from the University of North Texas (in Denton, TX), he worked in Texas and in San Francisco as a computer game designer, a technical writer and a comic book clerk. An avid gamer and paranormal enthusiast, Daniel currently lives in Lewisville, Texas and attends the University of North Texas, where he is studying transpersonal associative counseling. |

Denton, Texas, is the home of several werewolves, a werebear, a vampire, a witch and her dragon. They all live in seclusion, more or less, and lead their lives as best they can -- as humans. As a pack. That is, until a former comrade returns with the insane hope of curing the curse of lycanthropy. Exposure and death follow, when hunters use him to find the others. As the pack attempts to discover his plan, they must deal with fakers, personal demons, loyalty and relationships. No one ever said Denton was boring, either. |
